The site-visit fee is fully refundable
When you generate a quotation on vetrova.in you can optionally pay a small fee for a site visit by our glass expert, physical samples brought to your home, and on-site measurement. Your quotation is generated whether or not you pay it — the fee buys the visit, not the quote. It is fully refundable on request, with no questions asked, at any time before the site visit has taken place. Once the visit has been carried out the fee is no longer refundable, as the service has been provided.
How to request a refund
Reply to your payment receipt email, or contact us using the details in the footer, quoting your quotation reference (it begins with VQ-). You do not need to give a reason. We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day.
Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; how long the amount then takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Cancelling an order
Glass is cut and finished to your measurements, so a confirmed order can be cancelled for a full refund of any advance only before fabrication begins. Once fabrication has started the materials are committed to your specification and cannot be resold, so advances are non-refundable from that point. We will always tell you where your order stands before you decide.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
If a panel arrives damaged, or does not match the written quotation you approved, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it at our cost. This is in addition to the ten-year structural warranty described in our terms.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
